THE TRAVEL

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE IN BALI?
We recommend arriving on Thursday 2 September
so you have plenty of time to relax, settle into the resort
and enjoy the celebrations, which officially begin
on the evening of Friday 3 September.
WHEN SHOULD I LEAVE?
The Reception finishes on Sunday evening and continues into
the early hours of Monday, so we recommend checking out
on Monday 6 September 2027, or later if you wish to extend
your stay at Conrad.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Bali (DPS).
Conrad Bali is approximately a 25-minute drive from the airport.
DO I NEED A VISA?
Please check the entry requirements based on the passport you hold.
For British passport holders, a Visa on Arrival (VOA) is available.
The current cost is approximately £25 per person.

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THE BALI ARRIVAL CARD?
Yes. All international visitors are required to complete the
All Indonesia Arrival Card (AIDC) before arriving in Indonesia.
This can be completed online up to 3 days before your arrival.
Once submitted, you'll receive a QR code, which you should save
on your phone (or print) to present upon arrival if requested.
There is no cost for this formality. You can complete it via the official
Indonesian Immigration website:

HOW DO I GET TO CONRAD BALI FROM THE AIRPORT?
Conrad Bali is approximately 25–30 minutes
from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Taxis and apps such as Grab (the local equivalent of Uber)
are readily available from the airport.

Alternatively, you may arrange an airport transfer directly
through Conrad Bali at approximately the following rates:

All of our wedding celebrations will take place at Conrad Bali,
and we highly recommend staying at this stunning five-star resort
to make getting between events as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The majority of our guests will be staying here, making it the perfect place to relax,
spend time together and enjoy the celebrations throughout the weekend.
The resort features a stunning lagoon-style swimming pool, an award-winning spa, gym
and a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars which guarantees a memorable stay.
WHAT IS THE COST OF STAYING AT
CONRAD BALI?
We've secured exclusive rates for our wedding
for a limited amount of rooms.

These exclusive wedding rates are only valid for our wedding week for stays between:
check -in on or after 1 September 2027 and check -out on or before 7 September 2027
If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later the full rates will apply
which can be found directly on the website.

HOW DO WE BOOK WITH THIS RATE?
Once you have RSVP'd 'Yes', you will receive a form asking for your preferred dates,
room category, whether you need an extra bed and/or private transfers.
Once your requirements are confirmed you will recieve a payment link.

Please note that your room reservation is not confirmed until
full payment has been received by Conrad Bali.

Our exclusive wedding rates are subject to availability,
confirmed on a first -come, first -served basis.

WILL THERE BE A DRESS CODE?
Yes, we would be grateful if all guests could observe the dress and
colour code for each celebration, please refer to the 'The Dress Code' tab
for an individual breakdown per event.
WILL THE EVENTS BE OUTDOORS?
Many of our celebrations will take place outdoors,
so we recommend bringing sunglasses and sunscreen.
WILL THERE BE A WHATSAPP GROUP
FOR WEDDING UPDATES?
Yes! As the wedding approaches, we'll create the 'Raaj Weds Radhika'
WhatsApp Community, where we'll share important updates, event reminders,
transport information and anything else you may need throughout the weekend
WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS DURING THE WEEKEND?
We'll have a dedicated 'Raaj Weds Radhika' Welcome Desk located
in the Conrad Bali lobby throughout the wedding weekend.

Whether you have a question, need directions, or require assistance,
our team will be there to help ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

DONE FOR ANY OF THE EVENTS?
Yes, whether you're after effortless elegance or full-on Bollywood
glamour, there's a glam squad ready for you!

We have carefully shortlisted a selection of trusted hair stylists,
make-up artists and draping specialist to help you look and feel
your absolute best throughout the celebrations.

Closer to the wedding, our planners will be in touch with
the recommended vendors, service details and price lists.
CAN I BRING A GUEST OR A PLUS ONE?
Due to venue capacity, invitations are
strictly only extended
to those intended.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
September is one of the best times to visit Bali, with warm sunshine,
low humidity and temperatures typically ranging between 27– 31°C (80–88°F).
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED IN BALI?
The local currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Credit and debit cards (including Revolut) are widely accepted at hotels,
restaurants and most shops. However, we recommend carrying
some cash (IDR) should you wish for taxis, small vendors and tips.
ATMs are readily available throughout Bali.

As a guide, £1 is approximately IDR 20,000 - 24,000
(exchange rates may vary).
SHOULD I DOWNLOAD ANY USEFUL APPS?
Yes! We recommend downloading Grab
before you arrive in Bali.

It's the local ride-hailing app (similar to Uber) and is a convenient way to book taxis,
order food and get around the island. It's especially useful if you're planning
to explore Bali before or after the wedding.
WILL THERE BE WI-FI?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Conrad Bali
for all hotel guests. If you would like internet access while
exploring the island, we recommend purchasing an eSIM
or a local SIM card before or upon arrival.
